UC Botanical Garden Tour with the Director of the Garden

About the event
Our long-time member, Therese Pipe, has kindly donated a gift from the Benjamin Ide Wheeler Society which allows 6 guests to view the UC Botanical Gardens, 200 Centennial Drive, Berkeley. Our docent will be the Garden Director and Professor of Plant Biology. Dr. Lewis Feldman.
We will visit the tropical horticulture house and the orchid house among other areas of the garden. Our visit will last about 1 to 1 ½ hours. Please note that some pathways may be steep and there might be some unpaved areas but if anything is intimidating, you can relax on a path side bench.
