About the event
Lots of fun demonstrations and activities such as cider pressing and harvesting corn. We harvest corn for the next year for our seed corn and animal food, but there is extra that you can take home. One of our crops is popcorn. We will be making popcorn and cookies for you with our 1910 cast iron stove. There are crafts. There will be a food vendor where you can purchase lunch and lots of picnic tables. We have our farm animals for you to visit, a vegetable garden and lots of birds. If you bring your own picnic, there is a lovely grassy lawn in the shade next to the historic Patterson House. There is also a little train.
Our president Kathryn Levenson will meet you on the porch of the Cafe, near the water tower, at 11:30. If you have purchased or brought your lunch, we can eat at…
